The Chattery Sunday Barre with Neighborhood Barre Chattanooga – IN-PERSON CLASS • Craving the isometric shake of classic barre? Stay in your base position. Looking to build heat and torch calories? Strap on a set of ankle weights and follow the optional dynamic movements. This class truly offers something for everyone! Please note: Bring your own mat. You can also bring a small towel and water bottle. Masks are required upon entry and while walking around. Participants will be spaced out • Register Here • 2:00 pm

Goat Yoga on the Farm • Moser Manor Farms • Need a break from the hustle and bustle of life? Want to experience the therapeutic qualities that the farm life has to offer? Whether you are treating yourself, or you want a private event your friends and family will rave about, Goat Yoga at Moser Manor Farms is for you! We offer safe experiences that are good for the mind, body and soul. Why not try Goat Yoga at Moser Manor Farms? With just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga and you will find yourself on our serene six acre homestead in Hixson. Why yoga with goats, you ask? Because goat cuddles reduce anxiety and depression by increasing oxytocin and dopamine levels, those good ole bonding and feel-good hormones. Now who doesn’t need more of that especially these days? When you come to Moser Manor Farms you will be instantly surrounded by serene, calming pastures. You’ll join us in our outdoor common area on the side of the barn next to the animal pastures where you’ll find your mat waiting for you. Yes! We provide mats so you don’t have to get yours “dirty”. I will personally lead your goat yoga experience while the goats frolic for your attention. Our little kids provide quite the distraction, but that’s the point! So if your soul feels compelled to cuddle a goat rather than downward dog, then go with the flow. We want you to leave with your soul fulfilled, heart happy, and a smile on your face. You may choose to jump back in at any point and rejoin or not. Shoot! – Take a selfie even. That’s entirely your choice! Just be sure to tag us if you do so we can continue to share the joy of goat yoga with others. Our classes are held entirely outdoors but we have to option to move the class inside the barn too so weather is never an issue. We have two bathrooms located in the barn as well for your convenience. Do remember though that the animals will poop or pee. Thankfully goat poop is about the size of a pebble! We’ll even provide a brown bag if you want to scoop some up and put it in your garden since it makes great fertilizer! For this reason, however, we suggest NOT wearing your Sunday best, unless you don’t mind goats nibbling on your fancy wares. Choose clothing that is comfortable and weather appropriate given class is held outdoors for the majority. Bug spray and sunscreen are also suggested. Goat yoga is for anyone and everyone. There is no level of expertise required. There is an age requirement of at least 10 years of age, however, in order to participate. Everyone must sign a liability waiver upon entering the farm and before engaging in any agritourism activities. We are located off of Middle Valley Road just off Hixson Pike near the high school. Turn onto Kamin Road and we are the first driveway on the right located near the brick mailbox marked Moser Manor Farms. Follow the long L-shaped driveway and park to the LEFT in the designated parking area. Walk up to the barn. You will be greeted, checked in, and asked to sign a waiver before entering our common area where you will then choose your spot on the mat. For this reason we ask that you arrive BEFORE the scheduled time so that we ample time to check everyone in. Class will begin on time as a courtesy to everyone. I will follow with a brief introduction and then little beasts will be released onto you where they will unleash all their cuddles and cuteness. Are you ready? What are you waiting for? Click the link to begin your escape from the hustle and bustle onto our animal therapy adventure! • Register Here • 9:30 am
